ABOUT THE ARTIST
Courtney Hague Raftry is a self-taught stained-glass artist based in Belgrade, Montana. Before settling in Big Sky Country, she worked seasonally between the Matanuska Valley of Alaska and Crested Butte, Colorado. Consequently, she draws inspiration from the natural beauty of the West and has created artwork in several mediums throughout her travels. She now lives with her husband Brian, a woodworker, and the two share a collaborative shop space behind their home. The pair enjoy skiing, mountain biking, running rivers, and spending time with their beloved dogs, Huckleberry Hound (Huck) and Teocalli Tamale (Teo).
